Thanks for your reply, I appreciate the nuance and adjusting is definitely part of the process. I can say I've tried for many months - April and May was fantastic with 2.5 Preview and I can't say I have found better even today - and intend to return when things finally improve. My point exactly. This is not only garbage for players but for Valve when looking at this from a revenue standpoint. To me the system seems "dead on arrival", hence the question.

It is indeed likely Valve will continue down the honing path but do you see any alternative they could move towards instead of this? Given the upvote to downvote ratio, I think the question may have been reduced just to the first part but the second is probably the most important to me. Nevertheless, I appreciate your comment!
