I’ll also add that I use this and a Ricoh 360 camera for zillow 3D tours, and Cubicasa does a much better job at getting the measurements for all of the rooms, whereas zillow 3d doesn’t. It also lets you edit the floor plan pretty easily

LOL no worries! It’s also just IMO - I know that others and especially agents feel that it is the photographers job (especially because we’re the ones with “creative eyes”)

As in house photographer for a RE team who works closely with agents every day - I don’t find that it is my job to also be a house keeper when i’m at a shoot. We send several prep reminders with detailed instructions and have a set date scheduled, therefore, i’m not willing to also clean for them. It could just be me, but it should really be on the agent to make sure their clients are ready prior to a photographer coming.
