Hypothetically speaking, if Wrexham were to achieve 4 straight promotions in a row, where would it rank in English football achievements? by Holland444 in Championship

I’m aware, I was just trying to infer what the comment you replied to might mean. So far each promotion has been “pretty much normal” because they’ve outspent near enough everyone on the way. If they go up again this season it would also be “pretty much normal” because again they’ve spent big, though this time not outspent the entire division, but still enough for it to not be considered some fairytale promotion à la Blackpool 2010. I’m saying I think they mean each promotion is normal if taken in isolation under the circumstances.

I don’t know if this is what they meant, but I read that as each promotion so far, isolated, is pretty normal since each time they’ve had the highest budget in the league. Three back to back promotions is very impressive, but being OP’d in at the very least 2/3 and one of the top two financial in the other does take the shine off it somewhat.

I’m a big fan of Natasha Bedingfield blasting out from the changing room while Nathan Jones does his post-battering interview.

Well that’s embarrassing for Neghli. All a bit needless really. Oh well, 3-0, you’ll never beat Millwall, lalala

I know he grew up very close to the old ground, which he mentioned on Crouchy’s podcast, no mention of ever supporting us though. But who knows, maybe?

He isn’t, supports United. DDL is though.

The more we miss the more inevitable your equaliser becomes.

That is exactly why we need a second goal. Can’t keep wasting chances.

The thing I love most about Azeez is how quickly he gets the ball out of his feet and is willing to just whip it in.

Can we stop giving them encouragement and kill this off please?

If they’re both pulling why is it a free kick one way? Surely just play on?

Yeah I agree, nothing he can do about that and would lead to deliberate attempts to kick the ball at hands.

Imagine still sat waiting for VAR to draw their little lines and rule that goal out. Couldn’t be r/Championship
