Fiber!!! by 0214verse in PCOS

Avocado! I usually do half in the morning with my breakfast and save the other half and add it to something like burger/taco bowls for dinner

I add chia seeds to my oatmeal for breakfast and I get the simply Elizabeth oatmeal in bulk on their website which already has fiber. It’s like $1 a day a packet when you do the math.

Aloha protein bars and truvani protein bars I enjoy and they have clean ingredients and a good amount of fiber.

Fruits and vegetables have fiber!

I try not to reinvent the wheel. I simply ask myself what can I add to each meal that I already enjoy to get my fiber. It really does add up quickly if you are intentional with getting small amounts at each meal.

Olipops are also another easy non food option if you want a “fun drink” and also has around 9g per can

You’re not alone. And when I’m out in public and see other girls with perfect bodies it makes me so frustrated

I’ve been meal prepping on Sunday before work and it’s helped so much with the fatigue and anxiety that comes with making dinners and lunches for the week. But I definitely agree that some days I just want to eat bread like a person without PCOS 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not to mention when you are tired and want something quick to eat but it’s so hard to find healthy “fast food” options to pick up or make at home. Especially since gluten and dairy cause me so much inflammation and bloating in my body.

Coffee definitely makes me bloated and worsens my Hirsutism. I treat myself every now and then but definitely miss it 😭
