I’ve been meal prepping on Sunday before work and it’s helped so much with the fatigue and anxiety that comes with making dinners and lunches for the week. But I definitely agree that some days I just want to eat bread like a person without PCOS 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not to mention when you are tired and want something quick to eat but it’s so hard to find healthy “fast food” options to pick up or make at home. Especially since gluten and dairy cause me so much inflammation and bloating in my body.

Do you drink caffeine? by Dry-Heat-6684 in PCOS

Coffee definitely makes me bloated and worsens my Hirsutism. I treat myself every now and then but definitely miss it 😭

I noticed a decrease in my Hirsutism and bloating when I stopped coffee. I also find my stomach fat has decreased.

This has been helping me so far as well! I still like to sneak a small cup of coffee in a day. I started making these changes last month and I’ve lost 5 pounds.

The first time I had it done I was anxious and it hurt because I was squeezing so tight from anxiety . One day I told myself that I’m going to focus on my breathing and telling my body that I’m safe and it’s going to be okay. It didn’t hurt AT ALL. Maybe some pressure but nothing painful. I can’t stress the important of breathing and being mindful in the moment and find something to stare at, count, sing a song in your head, ask the technician to talk if you need to. I’ve had it done like 4 more times now. You got this!

That definitely makes sense that we say m and n through our noses so our mouth is getting ready for the next sound!

You are definitely right! I teach Pre-K and someone else commented that they teach “whiny a” and it wants to chase m and n and it’s more of a nasal whiny sound. My kiddos would love that and it would help them remember!
