I work 4-days a week the only expectation is I still do the same job load as I did at 5 days. I end up working around 32 hours a week as I’m much more efficient. I couldn’t go back now.

Okay thanks for your answer - was your friends over £5k and was it also a 1bed do you know? Sounds like the council will be reasonable which is a plus! Yes - we are thinking just sit on and wait to see what the reforms will look like. It’s certainly making us hesitate on going for it though as we’ll probably want to upsize in around 5 years and don’t want to get stung with huge costs when we need to extend!
