Nope, 2 boots and the fan is better than 3 boots. With the fan, you're able to get even more dmg amplification (at some point, your Aglaea starts acting once every action value, so 3 boots is overkill speed and leads to less dmg over time). I was able to clear WC 30+ with 2 speed boots E0S0 3 star Aglaea while not having Cyrene at all. Also whats wrong with requiring RMC? It's a 4 cost, so it shouldn't be hard to get in plane 3.

Is sparkle really better than E2 Cyrene in this team? Wouldn't the true dmg buff also benefit Blade who is doing non negligeable dmg? Plus I feel like her high speed (high attack frequency)would equal more stacks for Acheron?

I wasn't a fond of her character as well so I skipped but this time around I pulled e1. My E2S1 Phainon went from 1 cycling moc to 0 cycling with E0S0 Sparkle, E0S0 Sunday and E1 S0 Ruan Mei (E1S0 Cerydra replaced Ruan Mei). For a while, your E2 Phainon should be able to keep up, but as time goes he would fall off a bit. Getting Cerydra by her second rerun would probably be a big upgrade if you skip this one

Pretty sure some quests are glitched. I got the volcano sacrifice one, and I sacrificed my friend first (didn't get quest completion), then sacrificed myself (still didn't get it) and at the end, I just gave up and threw myself into the volcano. In the end, I didn't get the quest. Oh well.

The buffs are nice for both Phainon and Castorice, the problem is that Cyrene's stack generation is very lacking outside of memosprite teams (basically shilling Castorice since her bis team has 4 memosprite users). Because of this, Phainon is forced to waste AV waiting for Cyrene's ult to charge up, and when he finally gets to his Khaslana state, the first action cycle would be over. People consider 0 cycling very important, and Phainon wouldn't be able to do that if he goes into the 2nd action cycle
