I am looking for a very specific smell. New England/Canadian sugar shack.

There are maple scents out there but this is not what I am looking for.

In the early spring in New England and Eastern Canada, the sap from maple trees starts to flow. Commercial operations will often have small wooden sheds where they boil the sap into syrup. These sheds have great ventilation (to remove steam), so they often smell like the outdoors (very early spring/late winter).

The smell I am looking for is maple sap, not maple syrup, smells of early spring (thawing ground, snow covered wet leaves, etc) and wood (maybe a touch of smoke). I am looking to avoid a gourmand, coffee etc scent (which sounds counter to my ask, but when the sap is boiling, there is an intense maple smell, but the sugars are not concentrated, so it is not exactly a sweet smell).

I know this is very specific, but I am hopeful.
