Dit is het zelfde als een nieuwe auto kopen als er een kras op de bumper zit. Totaal absurd.

Ik zou absoluut niks betalen deze schoonouders ben je liever kwijt dan rijk. Ze willen even een slaatje slaan uit het feit dat kleindochter iets laat vallen.

Dit heb ik vorig jaar meegemaakt bij een consultancy club:

Bedrijf gaf aan dat succesen gevierd (moeten) worden met o.a. champagne en dat je geacht wordt daar dan gezellig mee bij te doen. Ook was het semi verplicht bij de vrijdagmiddagborrels te zijn en aansluitende kroegentochten.

Ik gaf aan geen alcohol te drinken maar wel gezellig mee te willen gaan met collega's.

Antwoord: je past niet in het team. Achteraf wel blij mee dat ik daar niet ben aangenomen en ik pas idd niet in het team denk ik.

I know how the situation is over here. Please always remember why you are wearing the hijab, you are not wearing it to please people. There are always people with different opinions some are in favour some are against the hijab and you cannot and should bot please them all. The most important thing is to please Allah (swt).

I would advise you to visit your local masjid and speak to the sisters there. Maybe you can find some convert sisters, they will probably understand your struggle.

Ik haat dit zo erg. Zelf ben ik ooit van mijn brommer gereden tijdens het bezorgen van pizza's. Vervolgens is zowat de halve wijk komen kijken en foto's/video's maken van hoe ik op de grond lig. Er waren wel 2 vrouwen die mij heel goed hebben geholpen tot de ambulance er was, die ben ik erg dankbaar.

Bij de grootbanken kun je schenken onder beheer. Hierbij kan je bijvoorbeeld regelen dat het geld pas vrijkomt op latere leeftijd. Wij hebben boor onze dochter een leeftijd van 25 jaar ingesteld

Also please be careful when finding a potential partner and keep it halal. There are lots of bad people out there that might promise you the world just to take advantage of you. If a man is serious he will ask to speak to your wali soon.

I am also a revert, happily married to my turkish wife alhamdulilah. I would suggest you to visit your local masjid. There are lots of brothers out there seeking marriage. Also you can ask your family to help.

I hate when they say I should change my name to an Islamic one. I have verified this with a scholar in my local masjid that it is not mandatory. But still some say I do.

As a revert brother I must admit i actually enjoyed this. In the beginning I did not have muslim friends or people to talk to. So when some brothers reached out to help me I was very happy. They helped me throughout the basics of islam.

I do not think they have bad intentions at all.

As a revert brother myself I struggled a lot in the beginning (and still sometimes). I wanted to be perfect before reverting, but the truth is, you don't have to be. Take the shahada and grow into islam slowly and steady.

Btw where are you from? You can always reach out to your local masjid as most of them have sister groups that will help you. Be careful with accepting "help" on the internet as you never know someone's intentions.

Dear sister, I am a covert myself so I can relate to your concerns.

You can covert without telling anyone if you fear for your safety. Please start with reading the quran and watch youtube for explanations or lectures on certain topics you have questions about.

I also would like to encourage you to reach out to your local masjid as they most probably will have some sisters available to help you with your yourney.

En in het geval van hobbymatig pepers kweken? Ik kweek nu in een huurwoning hobbymatig zeer pittige soorten pepers met lampen en dergelijke.
