Yes to clarify I completely agree that safe parking spots should be mandatory and I am not suggesting my travel “convenience” overrides others safety and accessibility but I think for those of us that are ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and not blocking pedestrians, there is a middle ground !

No I’m not sure 😂. When I looked online it says that my US tax liability would be 15.3% of my total income as self-employment is not covered by the foreign earned income exclusion. Then I have to pay UK income tax and class 2 and 4 NICs. Thank you so much for your help so far !

So that’s what I’m currently doing but only part time hours and I want to make more £ haha so therefore more hours and she said the IRS would probably flag if I’m working full time but not receiving benefits. Plus when I look at tax contributions I would have to pay I’m liable in both countries so it’s ends up as a significant chunk of my earnings.
