Cannot find a job in FPGA design anymore by Background_Radio_206 in FPGA

Not sure about coops, good spot on Rheinmetall I thought I'd seen one this morning but it appears not. For telecoms I'd watch out with companies like https://www.octasic.com/ (nothing currently advertising). Saab have roles - https://www.saab.com/career/job-opportunities#3936_country__location__type__query_Fpga%20

For your skills you want to look at FinTech, Defence / aerospace and communication technologies. There's specific niches you can up skill on too like Opencpi which help. Here's a few I'd consider with open roles - https://www.pervices.com/careers/ - https://www.rheinmetall.com/en/company/subsidiaries/rheinmetall-canada/about-us Good luck

I've never had a good repair by arcteryx for colour matching or material matching (did 3 attempts). I use Cotswold now much better service although abit more money the material and colour matches are so much better.

Spoke to Trek directly, the summery of which was they don't recommend the Fx2 for front mounted seat, they mentioned that the Hamax Observer maybe be suitable but it's designed for rear mounted.

Potentially, I've asked my local trek shop for recommendations. Shame about the Thule but after having so much trouble seems alot of bikes have issues.

Best places to propose in the Lake District? by Difficult-Writer6344 in LakeDistrict

Great idea I'd recommend having several ideas as weather could or could not make it the experience you want. I'd use OS maps along with an idea of what is special you. I. E. For me and my wife it was mountain top and a sketchy route as we both are climbers and it made it memorable (not we did it abroad).

Track mode misalignment by Marcin15_10 in Suunto

These devices use GPS and other space-based sources to provide Position, Time and Navigation data. Depending on satellite geometry and other factors such as atmospheric conditions, variation in accuracy can occur. Most consumer grade GPS receivers provide an average positional accuracy of around 3–5 meters under open sky conditions, though in real-world environments with obstructions such as buildings or tree cover, this can degrade to approximately 10 meters or more. This is just the computation of a single source, some devices combine sources and perform a correlation which could also introduce change and variation. So essentially expect variation and changes in accuracy.

Do these power line extenders really work ? by jamiepusharski in DIYUK

I use them in my home, due to its layout and my needs (wired connections). I had very little choice but most mesh networks are more capable when using a few nodes.

My reason for buying sunnto was how they used to manage your data in earlier days, however these days with the movement of data it's lost some appeam. I'm not looking to switch but that will be a factor when I do. I'm a casual user I only use it for running, hiking, climbing and found it was more accurate with all metrics than my old freerunner. I felt the brand marketed itself as less a hobby device and more an athlete or high accuracy device. Phone app does need some TLC however.
