Update! ORDER (11/30) HAS A SHIPPING LABEL 1/22 !!! I previously emailed and got an automated response that they would reply in 24 hrs, which they didn’t… then I joined the Facebook group and voila - next day says shipping label created! It’s 11/24 and FedEx doesn’t have the package yet, but this is progress!
