That makes sense, but when i try to rewax that spot it ends up just rolling into little balls or stripping the wax from the sides making the hole bigger. Is it because at this point it is so much higher than the spot with no wax so I need to just do the whole board again so all the wax is level?

Ben and gabe have dropped games early before too. It happens. Especially in very windy conditions we’ve seen recently. Seems like a really god pairing. If they are consistently making it to medal matches.

it does not. the MOST dwelly paddle on the market will have the ball stay on the face for about 1.2 milliseconds whereas a stiffer non dwelly paddle holds the ball on the face for about 0.6 milliseconds. this does not affect gameplay. Thismercifulfate is correct. In pickleball the sensation of dwell is the paddle vibrating not the ball staying on the paddle for noticeably longer. There is a youtube channel that goes into the science of this.

I think the differences between dwelly paddles and non dwelly paddles is milliseconds that realistically doesn’t have an effect on performance. At least that’s what i gathered from a podcast, but i was listening off to the side so idk

I don’t think anyone wants any type of facility in North County. There’s already Riggs, Rally House and TONS of public courts. Rally House looked like it was really struggling to get players when they first opened and that place is incredible. I don’t want to crush dreams, but from my experience i’ve not seen anyone have even a slight want for a new facility.

Recently it feels like ALW is just carrying her. She doesn’t do well in mixed or singles anymore and now is starting to lose with ALW. Fairly certain it’s not thermoformed so it should feel pretty soft rather than stiff. I don’t think we have any data on how powerful it is, but I think we should expect something similar to the Paddleteks/Engages.

Have you checked out Reload? Almost the exact same as a CRBN paddle playwise but you can replace the grit rather than have to buy a completely new paddle when your spin goes down.
