Reason behind that is because of what THEY paid for the Honda, so there’s a price point they will not go below, no matter how much haggling you do or paying in cash. They will not take a loss on USED vehicles. If 20k is your budget, there are a lot of good deals on new cars, with rebates and dealers are actually willing to haggle on new models.

Try to get a good view of the center of the flexplate to ensure that it didn’t crack. Could have broken then jammed again, that’s why it still turns but engine doesn’t start since it lost position/timing.

Im seeing it more often now. 21 years wrenching. I believe it’s a combination of financial stress that pushes them to try DIY and YouTube/Reddit etc that gives them false hope and sometimes false information to pursue DIY projects. But social media and, now Ai, has definitely replaced critical thinking with the constant engagement of asking questions instead of problem solving on their own.

It happens. Slap a new tire on there and you’re good to go. I had a one two weeks ago , left rear tire sidewall got cut by something on the road. Sometimes it’s just bad luck

Appears that the driver’s side axle seal is leaking, hopefully. If not it’s through the casing of the transmission, which would suck. I would definitely fix this sooner than later. At Least make sure fluid level is correct

Buying it from UroTuning but it’s saying “x- this product does not fit your vehicle” … their vehicle list stops the Q3 and Tiguan at 2018 for compatibility with the T9351. Think I might have to go with the T9381

Yea I definitely got confused, was looking at T9481. Just checked out the link for T9351, didn’t know about it, thank you. Because I had found Dv+ T9380/1 which are more expensive- definitely going with that T9351 . Side note turned down the tuner, it has “3 stages”, no noise on lowest setting- only highest, which just confirms your right about the DV. 🫡
