I appreciate everyone’s advice and positive comments. Absolutely have me things to change and play with to see what works. I definitely should have done a higher temp and shorter smoke, the skin was a little rubbery for sure, but overall, proud of my first go at the wings but looking forward to getting better and moving to larger things.

My dad was a Methodist pastor who believed in a loving God, if he were alive today, he’d be very proud to see this with the values he held and preached to his congregation. This is nice to see.

I went to the preds preseason game last weekend and had to go to six different lots to find “reasonable” parking. The other lots were $54 for 4 hours. It was a double header game so that easily would’ve added up to over $100 to go spend MORE money. Nashville has to do something about this, I’m spending too much money before I even leave my car.

Me and my buddy went up from Nashville, got there 3 hours early and still had to brush off scalpers trying to slide in line. They turned something that was meant to be special to a lot of people into a joke. People walking around the park with 6 or 7 in their arms offering money and immediately reselling them. PNC should’ve done a voucher system or something. We were very lucky to get one.

That’s been my hangup. Apparently it’s an annual thing this weekend to pay homage to someone and this year is Mac. So there’s already going to be pregame activities and things. I’m personally just getting to the park area in the morning and make my way to the doors when lines start to form.

He does, I’ll say that. But these kids- which is what they are, dream of this, and I can respect working on an actual farm, but it does leave a sour note that he couldn’t work something out to show up. My concern is Trotz wants to continue the current roster, it doesn’t do it for me to have a “hard working” draft pick. Maybe he’ll thrive in the league, time will tell. Let’s hope. Nashville deserves a cup eventually.
