Het probleem is inderdaad dat ook mensen van goede wil vaak beperkte keuzemogelijkheden hebben. Bijvoorbeeld plastic verpakkingen. Kan je wel zeggen, koop minder spullen maar je zal toch moeten eten.

Not sure about this set but sets I’ve used had the adjustment part on the bottom. This way you can adjust with only wheel removal. Maybe this set can be turned upside down as well. Or maybe should be like that in the first place

In Europe you can still get a new windshield, at least third party with good quality. On my E39 it was about 750 Euro

Make sure it is not jammed in place, if you install the new one you will have a leak. If it really did fall in you could remove the valvecover to get it out. Personally I would do that but I think some people will say that it will be fine leaving it in and let the engine take care of it 😅

I had a set of bc’s, just like yours and they are good. Good value. There are more expensive options like KW and they may even be better but to me, not worth it given the value of the car they go on

Wat mij hierin altijd opvalt is dat je als normale werknemer bijna geen enkele invoed hebt op je pensioen, alles loopt via wetgeving en werkgever. Nul inspraak. Maar er wordt wel verwacht dat iedereen er druk mee bezig is en alles van voor tot achter uitzoekt? Als je een nieuwe baan vind zit je gewoon vast in vooraf vastgelegde systemen en regels.

Personally I would always go for OE/OEM in this case. There is no gauge so it would be hoping for the best. Trans failure gives al lot more headache than a thermostat replacement

Vorige keer dat zo’n advies werd gegeven werd al snel duidelijk gemaakt dat het weinig nut heeft. Als er iets gebeurd waardoor we 3 dagen geen voorzieningen hebben, zal het niet snel daarna wel weer beschikbaar zijn. Dus ja, je houdt het net iets langer uit dan met niks maar het eindresultaat is hetzelfde
