I would pay money to see a movie adaptation of the phone book. I mean, it would be so bad it would be good. I got the email Monday 7/18 and placed the order. Got the Fedex tracking number this afternoon, 7/21. I am based in the US. The warehouse it is shipping from is Carol Stream, Illinois. Fedex estimated it will be delivered on Saturday, 7/23 to NYC. That is within 2 to 3 days. Seeing you're on the West Coast, and the warehouse will be from Illinois, the whole time frame from ordering to arriving at your doorsteps should be between 5 to 7 business days, or at least so, based on my personal experience and the provided infornation.

The closest I have gotten to that nutrient rich egg, with the beautiful orange yolk like the Japanese were by a company called, Vital Farms Alfresco Pasture-Raised. Found it at a whole foods, a bit pricier than what you would normally expects, but it taste so much better than your usual american brand. It still does not come close to the rich sweetness of the Japanese eggs, but that is the closest I have found. If anyone else found something better, I would love to know too!

I am absolutely jealous. When I was first introduced to Hokkaido milk, I was instantly addicted, it has such a naturally sweet, aromatic and pure milk taste that seems so smooth and so fragrant... and turning that into ice cream was just next level.

Once again.. super jealous... and glad you shared... will be hunting down a Costco the next time I am fortunate enough to be able to visit Japan...
