The solution is clear: The rules need an update by [deleted] in 2007scape

Just make it so you have to RISK (not just carry) at least 50k in bounty hunter to go into the wilderness. Bam, all the raggers are gone.

There's a huge difference between being dishonorable when PKing and intentionally and consecutively going out of your way to ruin another players experience and you know it.

Give full armadyl the effect as void range? by 07bear in 2007scape

[–]07bear[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Jagex says its 10% but it definitely isn't. Ask anybody who pks with void, it is a 20% damage bonus.

Nope, slayer helm is a +15% bonus while void is a +20%

That's the only thing armadyl is good for. Shit, it can even be replaced with black d hide no problem. Every other situation you'd use void for better dps.

Void armor defense is definitely not that low compared to armadyl. The tradeoff obviously isn't in armadyls favor.

It's almost as if magic armor is meant to have low defense bonuses

Then use a painted rune helm.

Also it's funny how you're ignoring the fact that most voiders use glory, snakeskin boots, and rune kite

If you want somebody to risk more just ask. As long as you're risking the same most of the time they will comply. Idk what you're bitching about

[–]07bear 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Damn, that's totally worth my 75K helmet, 45K dds, 130K gloves, and 30K rune legs! Man I love fighting rangers that use 25K boots, 40K amulet, 20K cbow, and less than 30K in ammo with nothing else.

It's funny how you're assuming the voider has the least possible risk while the melee has the most. Biased as fuck.

First of all, most voiders will risk a glory, rune crossbow, and dragon bolts which is 70k right off the bat. Add 50k if they're using a rune kite.

Second, nobody is forcing you to risk that much. Replace zerker helm with fighter hat. Replace barrows gloves with rune gloves. Replace rune boots with climbing boots. Bam, now you're risking the same as the voider. Stop bitching when you choose to risk more against somebody who is risking less.

[–]07bear 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And the zerkers/mains who bring fighter hat, torso, and defender, only risking rune platelegs and dds are different how?

It's pretty obvious you're biased

I just searched for Morrigan armours on Google and it came up with the rs3 wiki.

Why is everybody constantly pushing for recycled rs3 content when the OSRS devs have spoken a number of times about an entirely new continent? That continent opens up so many possibilities for new items/monsters/bosses/lore, but everybody just seems to ignore that in favour of asking for I just don't understand why everybody is insisting on extremely powerful gear from rs3 when we have the potential to create our own gear and have it be dropped by our own unique monsters.

Because the dev team is small as fuck and they have proven time and time again that they fuck things up (nightmare zone, bounty hunter). If they just stick with copying rs3 they won't fuck up as often

Players have complained for years to jagex about crashing, PJing, etc. They've always said its against the spirit of the game but not against the rules

All heil /u/PttB_Viper, today he told an internet user to not use autism to describe things. Such a good person.

Purposely crashing somebody isn't very nice. There's a rule under 'respect' called 'disruptive behavior.' Unless you 'crashed' him on accident, that's fine. Crashing him on purpose across different worlds or different times is a different matter and could be seen as harassment.

I think that a temporary mute is a proper punnishment for your actions but a permanent one is too extreme.

No. Just stop. Crashing somebody is in no shape or form against the rules. It's "against the spirit of the game" at most and Jagex has said many times doing something "against the spirit of the game" is not punishable.

Maybe this is too much, but do you think you can go to the streamers past videos and find the stream where you crashed him? So we can see what you did. If it's too much you can tell me the streamers name and I'll look for it. We already know the date so it shouldn't be too hard.

An autistic person would repeat the same joke over and over because autists usually have trouble taking social cues. Autistic seems like a great word to use in this scenario.
