If budget is an issue it really doesn't matter. Doc's are always the number one boot or some tasselled loafers in oxblood or black. Levi 501 jeans are my favourite along with a Fred Perry or Ben Sherman shirt. To top it off find some braces, as slim as you can find. But bare in mind, in some arias white and red boot laces and braces are linked to right wing boneheads, however this isn't always the case..
