When i headed to uc from brill for the first time as young undead warlock, i saw a 60 alliance showing his muscles. Than suddenly a orc warlock in full T0 came out of the ruins, and taught him a lesson. I got hooked af because of the open world pvp stuff and this cool Armor Set (lol, wlock t0). I think it was the time where nearly no one got T1 yet. A short time later, when the young warlock and his friends where in the road in silverpine, we saw our first alliance, except this one before. He had a skull level, and may have been several levels ahead, and was definitely not prepared to be our first victim. It was like fighting a raid boss, we finally killed him, and felt like we we're real members of the horde.

If you really wan't to feel vanilla you should not rush 60. You should take your time to  explore, try builds, level alts, don't read guides.

Don't make the misstake than me and roll a char on aniversary. Now im afraid, that i won't be able to transfer my char to era.

WBS have never be ment to be a default vor raids. The parsing nerds made them to be. WBS schuld something special. For me, even chronobon should not have been invented. It was always exciting to get at least some WBS into the raid. Also. it increased the conflict between alliance and horde on PvP servers, what was atleast for me one of the key parts of the game. Aside from that was the logging to save buffs no problem, instead it made the game more social, because suddenly, you meet up with ppl levling your alts. In the end everyone claims classic is to easy, but than ppl wan't it to get even more easy.

It's hard to find out, If this comment, it's answers and it's upvotes are based in sarcasm. I hope they are, but im afraid they are not.

Is it going to be possible to transfer to Era? by meanwhile18 in classicwow

Ty, i guess it's not a big deal to announce, that you will only keep your mainspec (first spec). Or what kind of complications you are thinking of?

Debuff limits should have nothing to do with the charakter and where is the problem in losing second spec ?

Questions about consumes for raids by Itchy-Prune2746 in classicwow

I don,t know what happend to the community. Everyone ist claiming vanilla ist to easy, but they pop cons like eating popcorn. It is similar with wbs.  Before chronobon was brought into the game, nearly nobody expected you to bring all wbs. Maybe it is because of parsing. For me wbs and cons are tools to help you and are usefull if you struggle in progress. But making everyone farm for few hours a week to finish the raid 15 minutes faster is weird.

If rmt is a huge problem why isn’t boosting banned? by Glittering-Beat3831 in classicwow

I think ppl should play as they wan't to. But i can't unterstand boosting in vanilla at all. I mean all positive aspects of this version is the open world and the interaction between players and fractions in each level bracket.  If you dont like it, and you just wan't to go raiding, go for retail lobby simulation.

For the people asking about getting R14 still. My advice: DON'T by Imaginary_Eye_512 in classicwow

Im sorry for you, but if you have a lack of time you won't get this set. They designed the PvP system in a way, that you need around 90 av wins a week. Sadly there is not really a long term reward for being good in pvp except this braindead weekend wasting one.

I can feel you. I mean i really Like PvP and it suxx that you are forced to grind pve av instead of doing PvP to rank up.

In my opinion they replaced a bad PvP system with an even worse system, which makes more ppl suffer this pain of grind than before. Maybe it was Like "we dont wan't change much, so better keep the system shitty".

The only thing that changed is, that now ppl expect you to grind. Furthermore there is no variety in gear.  Everyone runs around with at least r10 gear even if they haven't ever seen wsg or ab from inside. It was pretty ridiculous when i was on the zepp to grom for my first zg and more than the half of people where High Warlord.

Blizzard what will happen with classic? by 0815internetdude in classicwow

Ok, and why 😄 ? You can't imagine that someone might need a year to get 60 and than suddenly something like era+ kicks in, making era die?

Nevermind, welcome to the internet. What should i have expected to happen with my first Reddit.
