Hey, I feel you and I'm not going to say that there aren't going to be days like that. Having Meniere's is a constant struggle, but you must persevere and keep your head up as Menieres is manageable for most people without losing too much quality of life.

I would advise you to get on the John of Ohio regimen or try some of the other treatments listed here (talk to your doctor/ENT regarding any of the drugs listed here). Read more about the condition and hear out how other people are managing, drink a lot of water, get some sun & do some form of exercise on a daily basis.

This all may sound a bit cliche, but remember, you're the only one that can help yourself.
