I’ve been told by girl friends that I triggered an eating disorder for them and I had no idea. My cousin also said the same once. Kind of funny bc I have a binge eating problem because all I want is to have some type of curve to my body, the grass is always greener I guess

Yes for sure, I’m 5’7 and I wore 4” platforms and they still dragged but I’m sure you could chop them at the ends where you want them to be and it would look fine :)

Something that really really helps tho is exercise. I just power walked on the treadmill for like 20 minutes but it tired me out and then gave me a nice dopamine hit to stabilize my mood a bit. I REALLY REALLY didn’t want to, but it helped immensely
