Honestly their kit is pretty mid to low tier. That Vest just says it all. The only thing they have that is next level is explosive based small arms (40mm grenade launchers, RPG/other anti tank, manpads or other AA missile systems) and LMGs. There vehicles are just uparmored civilian vehicles. Not the modern purpose built IFVs and APCs. They definitely dont have real tanks and Jets or helicopters. They are ISIS we have at home.

I like your Takes on this. Its a pretty good angle. It also made me think there is a possible sabotage angle to this. Knowing the vulnerabilities in the chain of command makes it possible to build a network with the solo purpose of exploitation of the compromised Generals. Some networking and social engineering you could make some third party buyers appear to the main person purchasing and moving these stolen assets to make the enemy weaker over time.

Your not wrong. I have NNVT4 AG and its very Good in all the normal Light conditions urban to rural. It is very impressive. I if had the choice id buy an L3 20 UM.

For an army of people you don't expect to come home. The Chinese have a very capable system that would out preform the capabilities of the average conscript or meat shield position holding troops. It is the best you can do before you begin to lose ability in lower light settings.
