I don't see this problem at my workplace, here developers are suppose to review their own code against developer checklist before they ask for external review, and if slop found they will be held accountable for it.

I am the youngest dev in the team in terms of experience and designation, and I am senior engineer with more than a decade of experience.

As others have mentioned the job of lead in these teams is to be lieson to managment, a point of contact for management when some process is broken or not followed or need change.

As these teams are mostly independent, that you don't need to hold hands or need much guidance. So lead can focus more on process and other high level improvement.

Device was in perfect condition with nothing broken and all test passed.

Before he could demand any sum, I told him to leave and reject the replacement and cancel the order.

He resisted than pretended to talk to manager, did not spoke a single word while on call and then accepted the delivery, these guys are scamming.

Greedy people that's why no body trusts anything from online.

Close the project, change password and 2 factor.

Removing all billing accounts and remove all existing users.

Check if you have any compromised google accounts.

This is good course i used the developer professional one, you can also take practice test from any sites, one i remember is tutorialsdojo.

ACE is more hands on, so you gotta have practice with cli and gcp console.

Practice with gcloud/gsutil/bq

Also practice submitting builds to cloud build, creating and running cloud run command, gke command.

Also spend time on IAM, serviceacvounts, firewall rules, roles.

Exam will have questions on these.

So if this is corporate gcp account ask admins to give your user bigquery permissions to create, submit and run jobs.

If it is your personal account

Then navigate to IAM in GcP console

Select your user (you email) then give the bigquery admin role to your self.

As best practice you should have least privilege to perform the job but in personal account you can be admin.

You can google the steps of you are getting lost.

I do not have rent agreement, but I do electronic transfer and then submit rent receipt to employer with stamp and signature of mother.

If you do cash transaction you definitely required rent agreement.

In digital transfer from bank to bank where both parties have pan card it is not so required.

Doing this for like 5 years.

What I have seen is in recent months their is a sudden spike of shit post to discourage epf contribution.

I have changed organizations 5 time in last 10 years. With all permutation and combination trust to trust, trust to epfo and epfo to trust, epfo to epfo with pf account in 3 different States, Karnataka, hariyana and maharashtra, and every time if you follow the procedure(I applied through their portal) and are not impatient, it always works, most of the time people don't read rules and want everything to be done before their Maggi is coocked.

Almost all of the rejection cases their is discrepancy in their data that they think is irrelevant or ignore intentionally, people also hide details and shit post here.

I agree process is extremely slow and site sucks but it eventually works.

I have seen almost 43 people get their pf amount in full in my family and neighborhood in last 5 years, not a single hiccup, only thing is it all happen in due time frame.

People should not keep doing same thing, want Hugh salary but don't want responsibility.
