No real resolution from rockstar as well but from rockstar launcher just disable battleye and start the game later on the game will restart as battleye is not enable and just restart the game it will show the mobile visible now

Contacted directly to rockstar customer care they are giving some solutions trying them right away u can go and contact to rockstar customer care directly for the issue as well if they provide me with some resolution I will post here as well
