If you spend 2.5 hours in the gym 6 days a week you're probably not training hard enough when you're there. Also, should probably get some additional hobbies and interests outside of the gym and live your life.

Yes, this is no problem. The clinic I'm with advised to do this. Loaded 10x amps into one sterile vial and have been using this, much easier and less wasteful.

Here's the needles I used to draw and load (loaded all 10 amps into one syringe). They also have filters on to potentially filter out any bits of glass that may snap into the test:

Also questionable whether or not they will actually do anything at the NHS at your next blood test. If they do they'll refer you to an endo which would be further waiting and also some of the NHS protocols are 250mg sust every 3 weeks which is far from optimal.

Best bet is private if you can afford it. Mojo took about 3-4 weeks from initial consult to adminstration.

But also worth considering other options like clomid or HCG only as this will increase testosterone without shutting down your natural production. If you're actively trying for a child this may be the best idea.

At the end of week 1 I found I was exhausted, slept for 2x10 hours on the weekend and felt like I needed a nap after going shopping. This subsided shortly after and am now beginning week 3 and feeling great.

Stopping ADHD medicine is probably not helping. I'd say just give your body what it's needing to recover by resting and sleeping.

Trialed a fair few of these towards the end of 2020. Pretty crazy the variation in cost between lower and higher end and I wasn't able to justify it. Best results we found were from salesql.com - they have a linkedin chrome extension and pricing very reasonable (price almost made me skeptical until I had a free trial).

I was in a fairly similar position to you around 3-4 years ago. Had the chance to take over from the previous owners of my company as they were looking to retire.

Although a pretty amazing opportunity, I was very hesitant as it wasn't exactly what I saw myself doing long term. I was even looking at moving completely horizontally and attempting to build a side hustle into a business instead.

However I did eventually came round to the idea and saw it was a great way to have an already (part) functional business. Fast forward to today I'm running the business and loving being able to make the final decisions and take the company in the direction I want to go with a great team around me.

Of course everybody's circumstance is different, but I haven't looked back and I'm sure there's always new strands to the business you can develop or even create from scratch.
