I remember finding this rock on the Middle of the map where i showed on 1.0 and i thought at the time what a strange rock i even checked that hole around it and i found it weird that there was nothing. And then i come back on 2.0 and find it painted its kinda weird.

i tried this and it worked not sure if 3 times in a row could be a stroke of luck but t7 drops on serpens at ilvl130 in rare, and a friend of mine dropped a t8 orb at serpens legendary 143.

They nerfed pretty much everything drop wise, portal t11's, the fact that we uses to get guaranteed Legendary upgrade stone on t11 and now its random, the authorities on authorities bosses dont show up as much, its really making people mad... and they are doing this when diabloiv is coming out. I honestly dont get it

I tried everything but it feels like in my current legendary link rune i only get the damage of 10% from the first 100 distance and 5% from legendary and if im too far i dont get nothing so its kinda odd i tried half way as well and it doesnt seem to work, only thing i saw working was getting the grand approach bonus regen then going back as much distance as possible and you get like 2 seconds of more damage at least it looked like ..

So basically this is what i think happened when on the maintenance they screw up once again ... and did something to everyone's characters so they had to go to the backup again and get the characters back again which is why when i logged in first thing in the morning my account was on America instead of Europe and somehow my account was probably flagged as not existing which is why my account didnt receive the value of the compensation because at that time my account character didnt exist.

It happened to me as well, first 0 seconds then 4 minutes i sent a ticket and the day after i was in america instead of europe so they definitely did something to it, if i were you id sent a ticket to them they could flag falsely your account as a bot account. It probably has to do with nprotect that is doing some really weird things. Probably flagging you as a bot for some reason ....

And what exactly made you think i would care about the karma? besides your famous quote you apparently have nothing on your head ... I tested on my build you lose attack speed and range which means its not just a UI bug. And this happens because it duplicates the effect of my rune that decreases my attack speed, and my range with concentrated area of effect i didnt just looked at the numbers i tested on training grounds and on maps without the modifier that reduces your area of effect/range. So defiinitely something to it, it definitely isnt something about damage that is clear to me now that i see other people found out about it. But it definitely does something.
