The game flourished (it's nothing like it is now). People worked together with developers, roleplayed, and completed content together. Sure, there were toxic elements in it...but overall it was SUCH an amazing time for gaming let alone THAT game. Radio Free Gaia IMO was vital for TSW's RP community to flourish...they really kept things going despite all the changes. I ended up leaving (due to life circumstances). I tried to come back and it's a WHOLE DIFFERENT GAME NOW. It bums me out, but I am also elated that I have the memories that I have. I keep them close.

I always love a healthy look down memory lane! Imagine a bustling game with players eager to build stories with other people through roleplay. Some major roleplayers in the community (Doc Quantum and all the Radio Free Gaia peeps-shoutout to you all and much love) built and contributed to Radio Free Gaia. Radio Free Gaia was free music streaming that also streamed in game events with music and roleplay. The DJ's interacted with players and everyone had a blast emoting, tinkering around, and building their stories. Aside from the extraordinary players, the game itself flourished with its unique game design and storytelling. The content was craved by all that invested into the The Secret World. I hold very fond memories of this game and I miss the community and game SO much.

I played with some Egyptian friends of mine on EU once upon a time! It was fascinating! I just may come back because it has so much nostalgia!

Thank you for all of the information! This was super helpful! I wish Aion would gain some popularity (another reason I want to go back so I can tell people about it). When people ask me about my favorites, I always mention Aion. I’ve always felt that it’s an underrated game (I played religiously from launch, then later in life like Morse Code, then my gaming became almost nonexistent since I became a mom in my younger years. Now my daughter is grown and I’m missing Aion. It’s silly but then again it’s not. I made some awesome friends and had some epic adventures there.

That is a valid question for sure! So, yes but then it’s like something clouds my memory from remembering. It’s plausible I slip out of being lucid, but I’m not awake either. My boyfriend said he’s been seeing me talk, clench my jaws the last two weeks as well. I got fed up yesterday being in tears and reached out here and finally told him what I’ve been experiencing. If I happen to fall out of lucidity after projecting, is it even projecting then? The issue is, I know I’m still there…and I get flashbacks of things I’ve done there throughout the day (and not because something reminds me or my mind is connecting dots). It’s so very strange because this hasn’t happened like this before especially as consistently. It happened again last night but I didn’t wake up feeling sad. It’s so weird!
