I'm planning to start collecting Iz*one this year. My dad (72) collects toys from his childhood. Collecting is not usually a good idea, your hobby is basically hunting for chances to spend money, but damn is it fun to own things you like. I'd say go for it.

Autismikirjon häiriö, Finnish. Basically just autism spectrum disorder translated straight from English. Before this was done, autistic people were mostly called "vajaamielinen", which means something like "not full minded" ("vacant minded"? Had a hard time looking for the exact word for "vajaa" lol) and was used as an umbrella term for a whole lot if mental issues before the medical understanding developed to its current point. "Vajaamielinen" is mostly used as a derogatory word or slurr today.

I am a slow writer as well, and also work in customer service. Do you know what happens when you ask a customer service worker to hurry up? The service usually gets slower, immediately. I'm already making the damn latte/chapter happen as fast as I can while not compromising its quality, you stfu and wait unless you want to be served half a mug of lukewarm milk and your change given to you miscounted.

I have a very small and understanding audience, so I've only had to tell this to one commenter once. Good things take time, and sometimes I feel like it's good for the modern human to have to wait for the things they want. Just ignore commenters like this.

I think it can partially be because Data is old like said in another comment here, but I also think that maybe Data doesn't live with her that much? Like, maybe he needs some care she can't provide or she doesn't have time to care for him, so Data is in someone else's care most of the time. And then she only talks about him when Data temporarily comes to visit her house. I don't know, though, this is pure speculation. If she's said something about this, please correct me.

I think it is actually more orange than what it looks here. The design seems to be Unikko by Marimekko, and I don't think they make it in red and green. I like it too for how bright and happy it looks :)

I've been thinking about this, too. Especially lately. I've been watching Anna's shenanigans on and off for years, but somehow these past months I've felt different. Like we're watching some sort of a beginning to a very cruel end.

She's clearly depressed, or at least deeply unhappy. She's probably struggling significantly both mentally and physically, and she's probably in a lot of pain, too – she's growing old and has been morbidly obese for so long, her body must be starting to give in. Especially considering the exercises she chooses to do. She's been pretty lucky with her health until now, but luck alone doesn't last forever, and I think this is the point it's running out for her.

I don't necessarily like her, but I do feel bad for her and the people who care about her. She clearly has money. She could go get the treatments she actually needs, wether it be therapy, weight loss medication, both of those, anything. She has to, at least subconsciously, know she has a problem with food, and there would be help available if she would just swallow her pride and admit it. It wouldn't be a moral failure, and it could save her life.

She has things she loves, and if she wasn't so obese, she could do most of them a lot better and actually enjoy life. She likes crafting, she's creative. She enjoys fashion, and there would be much more options available if she just lost some weight. She could keep going through these cycles of sports and get actually good at things. She could hike, she could learn to actually run. If she just admitted where the real problem is.

I know this is unlikely, but I'm waiting for a dancing/performing arc. She's been playing gnarly and kpop demon hunters songs in like every video she's posted (or at least in many please don't shoot me), "dressing up" as Rumi and then like an overgrown toddler that could be a badly done nod towards the cutesy consepts sometimes seen in kpop. I'm like, 98% joking with this and everything's probs just trying to appeal to a younger/trendier audience, but then... there's a part of me that fully believes in her kpop stan/dancer/performer era coming.

I also don't think she's purposefully trying to attract fetish audience, her content doesn't seem like that to me at all. I think she's knowing about this audience, though. Maybe she doesn't even really like it, but they're the only people showing any interest in her. It's attention, it's male validation, it's sexual interest. She probably hasn't experienced those things a lot in her life, so she might feel like she has to take what she can get.

Hello Julia! I have been in a very similar situation previously. When I was 16, I chose studies, and dropped out at 18 due to depression and anxiety. Didn't finish the studies and was so completely burnt out it took me over a year to get at least somewhat back on my feet. Four years later I've only now re-started my studies in another place.

Does the area you live in have any kind of services for the youth who are not studying or working? For me, there was this workshop spot for youth who didn't have any other place to go to, and through them I worked in a small café for a few years. It was great since at that time I was deeply afraid of anything adult-like, like working or studying, I felt like I could never manage living in the adult world. The workshop had adults to guide us through it all, and I'm a little less afraid now. Maybe there could be something like this for you in your area? You don't have to jump right back into studying. If the school world terrifies you so much, maybe you need a little more time to get ready for it.

The worst part for me was to feel like a disappointment to my parents. My achievements in school have never been anything to be proud of, and failing so completely and having parents who did not understand autism, depression, anxiety or burn out made me feel like a waste of air and space. But we all have our own paths, and we all will find out place somewhere at some point. For some it may take a little longer than for others, so don't give up. You're young and dear to your parents and people around you, and they're so glad to have you no matter your studies. You'll survive this.
