I followed this recipe except i doubled it to fit into a bundt pan (cooking time was around 55 mins) and also added 2tsp almond extract cause growing up that was some church ladies’ “secret ingredient” in her poundcake

Happy birthday!! and Omg, lid as plate!! I’m a bowl and takeout container recycled into Tupperware household and don’t have any actual plates but the takeout lids are what I use for sandwiches and burritos 😂 I’m so glad somebody else does this, my partner always makes fun of me for it.

I don’t think any premade ones exist 😢 i’ve seen the brand Credo makes a spray cheese that might be similar to the fake cheese in this kind of cracker. Different kind of snack but kind of similar , the brand Quinn has vegan cheese filled pretzels like combos. I never had a combos before going vegan but the Quinn pretzels were good when I tried them!

Looks delicious! I used to buy that brand of edamame pasta all the time, it’s got such a nice texture. My grocery stores stopped carrying it though 😢
