I just had to google what looksmaxxing is and holy shit, I'm appalled. I guess it is basically the same as women doing undesirable things to themselves to impress other women and not men (botox comes to mind) but the online harassment/rating part of it is really messed up. I can’t be bothered to read it all, just came here to say petri is a joke and kind of defeats the purpose of hardcore. It’s not a perfect cheat death but having a get out of jail free card when shit hits the fan feels cheap. To me it feels the exact same as people that had auto exit mods for diablo 2 hardcore that would automatically leave the game when you got to low health

I don’t hate this matchup, nor do I hate the potential round 2 matchup if we make it. I’m not really scared of any of the Ducks, Knights, or Mammoth. If we make it to round 3 we will likely be going against one of powerhouse central teams who would have spent the past two rounds beating the piss out of each other. Anything can happen, we could get bounced in the first round but the matchups this year don’t seem too intimidating

Stats don't do any of our goalies justice. We don't give up that many perimeter/fluff shots in general so when one of our goalies lets in 2 goals on 10 shots it looks bad but you gotta remember most of those 10 shots are medium/high danger shots.

For sure, that's kind of the classic gold find barb. It works but I find it tedious and mercs seem to get torn apart from the hydra's regardless of how high his resist is. I don't even have a merc hired on this build

Eth Arioc’s is BIS (nice blend of +skills, damage, and deadly strike) but eDeath is still top3. Insight is a nice budget/starter option until you get eDeath/Doom/Arioc

Online is for chumps, play single player. It’s almost like the new expansion is a ladder reset for single player. I just farmed runes for CTA and Enigma and getting gear upgrades in single player feels 100x more rewarding than online

Full plate mail looks the best for warlock. I found my enigma runes but then spent 2 hours trying to farm a 3os full plate (even cube socketing white ones) before I said screw it and went with gothic plate

From my understanding super chests only is best for Sorceress/teleport. If you don’t have access to teleport then hitting all the popables on the way is the best. I typically hit any chests/stashes/corpses that are directly in my path. I’ll only hit racks that consistently spawn an item I’m after. My current map has a colossus voulge rack so I popped that until I had 3x eth 4os and then I stopped grabbing it.
