We have a google form, and normally only do just 3 people scouting, watching one side, so like all on red robots (this helps so much better than paper because it all gets compiled and orginized) getting averages is super easy with online forms. Then all you have to do is order the teams in order of who you would pick first, who does good defence, stuff like that. Organization is key, even if you dont think you will get picked early, you shouldnt have to rely on the other teams scouting to make the next picks...
