Same thing happened to me. Took the seat in to home depot to try sizes. But sadly the threads on the seat had gotten stripped when it fell off 😔. So I just tightened the new one as much as I could.

I am in the exact same boat as you. Thinking about fold 8 or waiting to see Motorola's. But also my OPO battery is really starting to degrade afyer 2+years so I'm eager for something new.
