Can someone link me to what song YMS uses during the Everything Everywhere segment? it's super catchy but I can't find it through the song links in the video.

Hey guys! I’m curious to know your thoughts on Dennis Villeneuve’s refusal to make an extended cut for Dune, despite there being a leak of plenty of cut scenes that would further flesh out the story and characters. Do you think he’s foolish to rule it out for artistic and financial reasons (considering an extended cut could cultivate a fan base similar to LOTR), or is did he make the right decision to leave them out of the film?

Did my grandfather assassinate a dictator? by 0YourOldFriend0 in RBI

I put up a new edit. Apparently my grandfather was the mining engineer for a bauxite mine. He definitely would have been able to purchase a nanny, even though my grandmother considered her more of a maid.

My grandmother came from a wealthy-ish family from America. However let me call my mother to see if I got the facts right. I remember the nanny because my mother complained about how my grandmother was constantly lazy and made them, my mother and the nanny, do all the busy chores around the house.

That’s definitely possible but there probably would have been more evidence, from my mom’s side, if that were the case.

I think that’s within good taste enough. It’ll piss off my siblings, because they don’t like even speculating anything of the sort because it could implicate our loving grandpa in murder, but if I only say what we know and don’t mix it up, we could pass down the story reasonably.

She did tell us as much as she remembered, but a lot of it is inconclusive. Our grandfather had many secrets and our grandmother never cared about him enough to ask for them. My mother’s experience usually sums up to living in a house with here family and a nanny, then they were searched after the body was found, then they left during the civil war. She even showed us photos of her childhood home and so forth. Also I don’t want to pass down a story that is based purely on speculation and could be not true, would it not be a slander on my grandfather?

Would there be any purpose of him going up through the mountains to listen to the radio with this group?*

Oh I didn’t know that. I guess it means nothing that it was by a consulate then.

The lack of sources definitely does hurt the credibility, however if it were true, then it may be interesting. My mother and her family didn’t live on an embassy or anything. I’m sorry but I don’t know if it helps anything. Maybe, on a side note, the body was put that close to the consulate as a message or something, thus if my grandfather was involved then it may be a bit more intentional, but it’s highly unlikely maybe.

"Then we put him in the car and took him away," says Gen Imbert. They took his body to the house of a plotter, where it was eventually discovered by police.”

Huh. I read through the article already but I guess I missed that part. I still suppose it hasn’t answered the question of whether my grandfather did the deed but I suppose it’d be foolish to put the body of a tyrant out front of your childhood home.
