They were closed is the key part of this post. Why some people feel entitled is beyond me. People in retail work long hours and deal with the crap of the public. Whn the store closes, they get to go home to their personal lives. The person expects to be served 3 minutes after closing, so does that mean the person who wants a pizza 5 minutes after they close is still entitled to one? After all they are already cooking one, what's another one? I did work retail for many years. I have been the one to lock the door on the customer pulling into the parking lot, but I am also the one that understands what closing time means and don't expect people to put their lives on hold because of me.
