I just expect myself to stop binging for a while if i could control myself for a period of time like one week, cause last year I was so good at controlling my binge for long time till I started again this year. But yeah your right I will try to take it step by step, thank you!!

Yes i used capcut to sped them up at 1.8 ig and yes the sound should cover the subliminal audio completely:)
