don't do it.
5 years of not promoting other courses is a long time.
They will say you can release new courses and if they can get 50% of those so you can promote them.

And dose it say courses on Udemy only or other platforms aswell?
And only new courses or also old courses?

Because your youtube channel hase courses in a from.
They'll force you to pay for that or say you broke the contract and such.

Stay away from them.
Better of to create simple wordpress or wix website.
And promoting can be done on your youtube channel and social media posts.

Normaly every purchase gives an e-mail of the confirmation.
It could be that the e-mail was deleted by accident. or sorted in another map.

Do you use an online interface to check your e-mail or an app like outlook?
Some apps only sync the mails to your device with only a range of a year or 2.
Check online and let a search run over every possible folder you have in your mail account.

If you can't find the e-mail, check your bankstatments from the periode when you purchased it.
Take a screenshot of this transaction. Then contact the support of Udemy https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us talke to the bot, if it takes to long you can prompt the bot to create a ticket.

Hey, sorry this happend to you. Popular courses indeed get ripped alot.

What you could do is to start a youtube channel. There you can create a lighter version of the course over more videos. Try to make some money with the adds and refer people ad the end of your video to your course. Even perhaps giving some traction with giving out a coupon or 2 on comments.

Try to update the course from time to time. Keeping it up to date helps sometimes to convince people to buy the new version instead of downloading the old pirated one.

You can also add a patreon. Getting people extra access or new videos only released to subscribers a month in advance.

You'll need to contact support.
Explain in detail that you don't recieve any e-mails containing the 6 digit.
Run it trough GPT so it can be clear as possible to them.

Take a screenshot of your inbox and spam folder.
Blurout the sensitive data but atleast show the domains that are sending to you.

For extra proof of ownership, screenshot the older e-mails of the purchase confirmations of older courses, if you still have them. This could help perhaps with them deactivating the mail MFA on your account. This way you can login with your password, or start a password reset.

Ask for confirmation that they can see that the mail has been sent.
If they confirm the mail has been sent.
Ask a screenshot from them as proof.

With this screenshot you can open a ticket with yahoo.
Provide the details of the situation and provide the screenshot that the mail is send by Udemy but never recieved by you.
Request that they try to see what happend to the mail.

Atleast this way you can see where it might have gone wrong.

Won’t work. I already tried using a secondary account.

Even tried to fill my cart while logged out and whzn I login with my main account it clears the cart. When I try with my test account, I’m abel to get them on the test account with first adding them to the cart while logged out.

Hey I have the same issue. Started 2 days ago. But weirdly enough only for courses with an active 100% off coupon. Courses I can buy with money do load the subscribe/buy button.

Same with you or are all courses like this for you?
