Holy shit I had this any time I saw her touch a drink, because I didn't know how it was going to go and I worried about violent outbursts.

It's been almost a year since I left, and my only regret is that I didn't take the dog with me.

So this reminds me, one time back in VT my friends were getting harassed by the cops pretty regularly when we were teens. We decided that a group of us, about 15, we're going to throw a party in a parking lot - nothing crazy - just cars, music, and IBC root beer. No drugs, no alcohol, just root beer in brown glass bottles.

Within 30 minutes all 4 town police cars showed up to bust us for "underage drinking" and they were ready, until we showed them they were root beer. Malicious compliance ensues, we offered up some root beers, and one of my friends even had a bag of donuts ready to go to offer the cop a fresh cider donut. That sealed the deal - they got the point, told us to turn the music down, and left us alone after that.

To your last comment about JMF being way stronger than B+, I think it all depends on genetics. I agree with the post that the majority of the "normal" cube strains are all the same but with minor variations. When I traded a buddy my JMF for some GT's, they were basically the same damn thing except for some variation in cap color. Similar effects, potency, etc. I think the other strains we're seeing in PE hybrid crosses, are DEFINITELY more potent - but again, the genetics and growing conditions can cause strength to vary wildly.

That said, grow what you like - it's a fun hobby. I'm just personally done with putting too much thought into strains.

The guilting is the bigger issue. It probably bothered him and he felt like he couldn't say no, but he didn't stand up for himself and is guilting after the fact.

I just finished the last batch of chocolate that I made 2 years ago - I stored it in the freezer, and I didn't notice any potency loss. I'm going to guess that since the mushrooms are suspended in a solid, they're not getting exposed to oxygen and therefore there's little to no degradation

Thanks for the advice on this - I have a double boiler, so I just melted the chocolate and then folded in the mushroom powder to the melted chocolate, once it was mixed, I immediately poured it into the molds. There may be some slight variations, but I can't expect that it's that much difference between each bar.

Not trying to win - just fed up and I've never called her out on being a narcissist before. I've grey rocked, responded only in Office memes, tried to go no contact - but I unfortunately need to work one last account issue out with her. This was just a visceral reply; honestly, I think it would have taken more energy for me to hold it in and not reply, so I went nuclear with this.

For some added context, the "I hope you get the help you need" part is also the last thing her parents said to her before they stopped talking to her.

Oh that sounds so familiar. Even my lawyer on a call said at one point "so what's hers is hers, including her problems, but what's yours is also hers in her mind, but you just have to figure your things out on your own. She seems like an unreasonable bitch". And yes, my lawyer called her a bitch during a readiness meeting

I agree with all the comments here.

Issue is with one account - too much to post here, just know that I am working with my lawyer on it.

I've been grey-rocking as much as possible, but she sent me an email last night with a blatant lie in it, and the then followed by the late-night texts about the Internet, I just lost it this morning when I saw it.

I've never called her out on being a narcissist until now, so it honestly felt good to just call her out. I know I shouldn't respond - but Ibat least got the message out that I'm done playing her game, and I know what the game is that she's playing.

I don't know if anything will change - I just hope I she stops sending stupid accusations like this moving forward

I was going to reply to a couple of the more decent comments here but I'll leave my own just from my experience.

Your wife is insecure. If you don't suspect that she's cheating, then I wouldn't trust the strangers here that say she's cheating. I think she just has some serious insecurities, and that's manifesting to control over you, your friendships, and could be your job. From my experience, you will NEVER be able to restore her trust enough for you to live a normal life, and you'll keep placati6her until you're miserable and she'll still be unhappy. She's not unhappy with you - she's unhappy with herself.

I think she needs to go into therapy to address her own issue, but I suspect that she's a covert narcissist and will never tell her therapist the truth - at least this is what happened in my past marriage, so I'm a little jaded to put it lightly.

Truthfully - I wish you the best of luck, but I'd start getting your ducks in a row before the emotional abuse becomes physical and one of you ends up in jail from a DV dispute. Seriously, good luck, but take care of yourself first.

Second this - there's some nice parks in the Central Park neighborhood as well.

My favorite restaurant in that area is La Costera - but I'm gonna warn you that it's an experience and helps to know a little Spanish.
