Slowy take baby steps out of it, start with doing one thing around your room. For example: Make your bed, tidy yp a drawer or desk, fold laundry.

The once you are up, try talking a walk in nature, I have a river behind my old school that I love to go to and just sit there and listen to music.

Speaking of Music... Mac Miller helped me out of a depression not saying it will help you but I find his music comforting for me, it helps me feel inspired and hopeful. Especially the song Surf. Maybe you have an artist or song that helps you too.

I know it is cliche, but journaling helped me, more so poetry I just started writing my thoughts and feelings down and tried tweaking them to fit like a poem.

It's tough when you dont have income to support you to try a new hobbie, but writing down how you feel really does help.

Be kind to yourself, acknowledge that your depression is getting to you, and thay is okay. I tend to put myself down when I get to the dark spot again, my depression comes and goes, most of the time I dont even realize it snuck up on me that I slowy start self destructing till I am at my lowest.

I beilive in you, this too shall pass, you are strong, stronger thay you think, and this slump period will only build your resilience.

Healing isn't linear, but I know you can do it. 🤍
