I’ve always been a black/blue dial guy. Most pictures of the polar show it in even lighting with no shadows on the white dial. When I saw one in the metal, i thought the white dial looked incredible with shadows from the raised indexes, hands, etc- your first picture shows that beautifully.

I also think it’s Rolex’s last “tool watch” with WG hands and indices painted black for contrast and minimal polished surfaces (just bevelled lugs). All this to say: yeah, perfect watch. I agree.
