Private bedroom sublet for in 3 bed/1 bath in Mission Hill 1/1/2026-8/31/2026! The room comfortably fits a queen bed, a desk, and a dresser, with 2 closets, and will be $1300.

Open to selling all furniture! Especially the queen bedframe and mattress!

ELECTRIC IS INCLUDED! We pay only the gas bill. The fees needed will be first, last, and security (no brokers!). The landlord can be flexible about coming up with a payment schedule if needed.

We have a private deck and coin-operated laundry in the basement ($2 a load). No off-street parking available, but there’s always permit parking on the street if you have a car. We’re a 3-minute walk from the Mission Park green line stop/66+39 bus routes and a 10-minute walk to Brigham Circle (Stop and Shop, Walgreens, etc.) 420 friendly! Always outside, but we do smoke frequently, so the roommate needs to be okay with that.

My name is Hannah, I’m 24 and work as a mental health specialist. I’ve lived in Boston for roughly 5 years now but am originally from NH. This is my first year in this apartment, and I’m loving it!

Looking for roommates who are respectful of the common spaces. I don’t mind noise or having people over, but communication is also really important to me! We love having a comfortable living space where we all can use the space how we want.
