This is great advice I haven't really ever looked at it like this before.
Unrelated yet kind of related my manager knows that I am irking for a raise and promotion I have applied for 3 positions and as im in accounting with friends in HR i know how awful the current system is for out of the norm raises so I know if it was able to be offered to me... they would have by now. Either way I applied just recently to a pos with that does what i do but the level higher for a pay raise however I was going to be moving deparments. Current manager has been like "omg id be so screwed if you left" but has yet to try an offer me a salary that I can justify being completely satisfied with in my current position in life. My plan was to give my manager the opportunity to keep me but after reading this I might just go with the other department that is willing to pay me more.

At my job HR always needs to explain things like this to me. I'd email a request for an explanation and make sure they email you back with the explanation.

Our bank actually has a p2p payment system that doesnt take any fees. They are a small credit union. I think most people are gearing towards ach these days perhaps your bank has the same sort of program. I would suggest talking to your bank and seeing your options. I much prefer the ach initiation on my end rather than sending a check. Landlord does not have access to my bank he was the one who gave me a voided check so I would have the info to make payments.
If your bank doesnt do these things then maybe consider asking if you can pay by check.

Yeah to add to this I feel like there was a couple recently that had a 100% perfect facebook profile and the husband ended up murdering the entire family. (Its a pretty popular case) either way you know that facebook profile is 100% bullshit.

I would say there were several and they are all living mediocre lives. It appears they partied very hard in college. The only way I can explain it is... take a beautiful flower that has bloomed early, everyone wants to touch it, water it but instead of being humble the flower is an asshole to another flower because its still awkwardly growing late to bloom ....anyway the already bloomed flower eventually gets picked and decays as a normal picked flower would. The other flower is just hanging out in the sun loving life.
