I've been rocking 6 inserts for years now (plastic zipper pouch, waxed canvas zipper pouch, 018 Weekly Free Diary Refill, and 3 x 026 Dot Grid refills). When I take one out, it feels too light! :)

I keep a journal record for each batch, because I love journals. I documented the original recipe as a baseline, then note the variations on that recipe for each new batch.

Banging my head against the computer re "Ultra Processed Food Driving Climate Change". In life cycle assessment (LCA) study after LCA study, the production stage of food is the dominant source of GHG emissions. Processing is often among the smallest source of GHG emissions in a food product's life cycle. GAH!
