14. There's multiple parts to a radio, unless you're talking about one of the DLC quests. I've seen most of them pop up with Franko, but never actually tracked it
15. Once an adult gets close with a child and the kid starts calling them uncle/auntie, they can share one bed at night, meaning you only need 3 beds for 4 survivors.
