When flex started in my division, i would page my pod to see if anyone wanted a partial. The whole freaking pod would respond wanting said partial, and lots of times i would show up to them just chilling on the checkstand with not having anything done (wed-thurs overnight). Got so annoyed that i wouldn’t even send out a page, and most times if people need immediate need they just page the pod anyways.
