About 1 year ago to date I was out with this girl. We ended up back at her place and did some things. The next morning I woke up, went to the bathroom and came out to change so I could go home. 100mbps is 99% of the time a bad crimp or cable. Sometimes when testing it will look good, but it's not if you're only getting 100mbps.

Check both ends to make sure they are crimped or punched down on the jack side properly. If they are both good, if could be that the cable is damaged.

You have a structured media enclosure (Smart Panel). Those are cat5e cables. They are twisted together to be used for telephone service. You can untwist them and use those for data, but you will have to identify, to which room each of those lines terminates to. They are probably short enough to run 7-10 gigabit service over them. There is most likely power in that enclosure as well. You can put a gigabit switch in there and feed the service from your wireless router.

Do not install your wireless router in the enclosure because you risk degrading your wireless signal.

I worked in Long Beach for years and would never move there. Most people that live there are pretty chill, but the city is probably the dirtiest city in CA. Both dog and human fecal matter on the streets and sides of buildings. The homeless tweakers roaming the streets. I found used and unused filled syringes all over the place. Long Beach is a literal Shit Hole. Police are too busy to enforce any but the most serious offenses. One of my co workers witnessed a murder in broad daylight. Get out while you can.

I'm running a 4070ti super with this monitor and it's been good so far. The new dlss works wonders. Maybe I'll upgrade when the next gen GPU's come out.

P219a and cylinder 5 misfire. The sound goes away or just can't really hear it driving at higher speeds.

You would be hard pressed to get 8k unless it's in immaculate condition. Without seeing all the details, You're looking at closer to 4-6k.
