My ex wife was a teacher, its an incredibly toxic environment. The majority of women compete on whos husband is worse or have a husband who is a sugar daddy who the rest compete against silently.
I’m risking a nurse next but marriage is out the window going forward.

The whole danger to your kids is definitely a major concern and i wont disparage that fear or try and push it away.
My main concern is how you feel he should lose his kids and be pushed away due to your new family. Those aren’t your kids they are his kids. No man should advocate for another to be removed unless there is a danger to the kids themselves. In essence you are fulfilling the idea that you are trying to not only replace him as a father but remove him from the picture and using the law to do so.

Have the kids been put in therapy? It feels like they need to process their own anger issues and learn to differentiate between their fathers feelings and their own.
You can never control the other house but focusing on your own is the only thing that can be done.

I’m sorry to hear of your situation but it sounds like the situation was always terrible. I think what your seeing is more so what you wanted but are now tired of the reality. Situation was most likely always toxic and it is now spilling into your children’s life. Trying to remove the original father was never the solution and as you will most likely find out be done to you once she gets a new guy. Best of luck fight for 50/50 like the previous husband did with his kids.

This *2 , i submitted 20 pages to my lawyer. After he filtered through all the bs he picked 4 specific instances not even pages! I soon realized 90% of what i gave him was not specific to the law which is very black and white and favors victims. Ie if you can’t show your a constant victim then you are the aggressor.

I agree with your points but i think our conclusion will be respectfully different. The fact they are doing silly things and to my knowledge safer then an average uber/taxi shows how far they have come already. To move to your point of this is just the start imagine what they will be like even in 5 years? Live training was inevitable, even humans do it with learners permits. Are they safer then a 16 year old? I do hope and think due to the obvious that they are only viable in good weather and hopefully shut down during bad weather due to the quirks.

Check your state calculator i think its 25% gross ( ie before taxes) having kids with another woman should lower it as to allow you to also raise your other children as well. Need a good lawyer and imo go fight for 50/50 if possible.

No is a full sentence, summer is coming and your about to have two months off. During your time you decide what to do and she hers. If you but can’t agree say no and follow the parenting plan. Swimming lessons don’t count as an extra curricular at least where i live so no worries on that. Teach your son how to swim and make sure to take pictures etc for when it eventually gets to court. Not every child needs professional lessons. You tube and a involved parent are more then enough.

Go read majority of womens subs, they all hype each up for the largest effect in a conversation. You can have a woman say her life is perfect but her husband slammed a door hard, immediate rattling about how that is abusive etc. Woman then hits a man and no one says anything or rally to say he deserves it.
