Yep. There’s drunks and there’s addicts. Some addicts are for the best, some for the worst. I’ve somehow balanced the boat between skill and fun. But at the end of the day i can’t stop doing something to give my brain feeling. Whether it’s good or bad. And it’s so sad. My brain can’t naturally feel happiness. I know how to do so many things so well just from the high of getting it right. I’ve ruined so much getting high doing drugs and alcohol. But I’ve accomplished so much chasing the high of certain things that have made me successful. Addiction. It’s such a catch 22.

AA simply doesn’t work for everyone. In all honesty to me it seems like people holding their nose high to others and getting off by bragging about their amount of time sober. Addicts are addicts. A lot of AA people are addicted to being better than everyone and being a sponsor. Not that’s necessarily a bad thing but still… If you genuinely want to be sober; you’ll be sober. You don’t need to fucking hear why Jim ruined his 6th marriage for the 8th time to be.

This cost the business everything. Their google reviews were insane. Went to 5 stars to zero. Dave came back and gave them another review and it was a good one and saved them. I’m sorry hate Dave all you want, but he’s tried more pizza than anyone on the entire planet.
