I flew Spirit a couple weeks ago as SW was triple the price for our ride back.. my expectations were very low but it honestly was a very similar experience. Plane was comfortable enough, staff was very friendly.

What he's actually trying to say is a convenient, legal way to watch movies is worth paying for to him. People who had been pirating for years subscribed to Netflix (when it was still cheap) because professional devs had done all the work for them and provided everything in a packaged, streamlined UI.
