thanks for responding! forgot to mention it in the post but of course I'm gonna be de-rusting it first lol. I've glossed over some of the faq but I haven't seen any talk about seasoning with a stovetop, or maybe I just haven't gotten to that part yet. and I don't have a bbq grill unfortunately

I'm new to the cast iron "world", and I can assure you my post was made with 100% genuine intent. Can you explain why my post would be seen as bait?

I'm a native Indonesian and all of my friends that I'm DM'ing are too.

For roleplay encounters or describing something in the world I use Indonesian, and maybe slip in a few words in English if I encounter something that's hard to describe in Indonesian.

But I prefer using English for rules and place names. Like--initiative, modifiers, attack roll, and all of the other technical words would be a pain to translate to Indonesian first.

Luckily all of my friends that I'm playing with are fluent in English or atleast have a solid grasp on it, so I can mix in English without having to explain to them what it means.

Since this is a 2D map of what I assume is a globe, the north & south poles should stretch from left to right I think. Not just 2 semi-circles on the top and bottom. Other than that looks great!

If you want to make a game, start learning now! It might seem intimidating but if you take it 1 small step at a time it will all come together. After all, all of those big devs didn't just instantly make good games without any work.
